辅导员是学生思想政治工作第一线的组织者和教育者,随着高等教育的改革,高校新生人数不断增加,高职院校学生入学成绩不断降低,学生综合素质下降。高职院校大学生的教育管理出现了新的特点,这对高职院校辅导员工作提出了新的要求。本文从分阶段、分层次、多渠道、多途径对学生进行思想教育等方面探讨了怎样做好学生的思想教育工作。
Counselors are the organizers and educators in the first line of students’ ideological and political work. With the reform of higher education, the number of freshmen in colleges and universities continues to increase, the enrollment of students in higher vocational colleges and universities declines, and the overall quality of students declines. The new features have emerged in the educational management of college students in higher vocational colleges, which put forward new requirements for the work of counselors in higher vocational colleges. This article explores how to do a good job in ideological education for students in terms of ideological education for students in stages, levels, channels and ways.
