派遣制员工属于企业编外人员,但他们同时也是用工企业不可缺失的一分子。心理契约为员工和企业之间的一种责任期望,它是联系二者重要的心理桥梁。企业派遣制员工的心理契约主要有以下几个特点:缺乏一定的心理归属感、很难得到平等的待遇、双重的雇员身份,对企业文化认同感较低。对其进行动态的心理契约管理,能够明显提高派遣制员工的安全感,满足其心理需求,提高他们的工作热情,从而实现企业和派遣制员工的双赢。
Dispatch workers belong to corporate non-staff, but they are also an indispensable part of the employing enterprises. Psychological contract as a responsibility between employees and business expectations, it is an important psychological bridge between the two. The psychological contract of employees in dispatch system mainly has the following characteristics: lack of certain sense of belonging, difficulty in getting equal treatment, double employee status and low recognition of corporate culture. The dynamic psychological contract management can obviously improve the sense of security of the staff who dispatch the system, meet their psychological needs and enhance their enthusiasm for work so as to achieve a win-win situation between the enterprise and the dispatched employees.
