考虑油膜力、气流力和密封力等三种非线性力,建立单跨对称弹性转子的动力学方程。采用Matlab软件对方程进行数值积分,研究系统在转速、气流速度和密封间隙改变时的动力学行为,并考虑到高转速、大的气流速度等高参数及密封小间隙影响。结果表明:转速的改变,使系统出现周期1运动、周期3运动、周期4运动和概周期运动等复杂动力学行为;气流速度的改变,使系统发生突然失稳,失稳后出现周期6运动窗口和周期3运动窗口,且周期3运动幅值突然增大,窗口变高;密封间隙较小时,系统以概周期运动为主,中间存在周期1运动。
Considering three nonlinear forces, such as oil film force, gas flow force and sealing force, the dynamic equations of a single-span symmetric elastic rotor are established. The numerical integration of the equation is carried out by using Matlab software to study the dynamic behavior of the system when the rotating speed, the air velocity and the sealing gap are changed. The high speed and large air velocity parameters and the influence of the sealing small gap are also considered. The results show that the change of revolving speed makes the system appear complex dynamic behavior such as periodic 1 motion, periodic 3 motion, periodic 4 motion and almost periodic motion. The change of airflow velocity causes sudden instability of the system, Window and period 3 movement window, and the amplitude of the cycle 3 suddenly increases, and the window becomes high. When the seal gap is small, the system takes the almost periodic movement as the main one with the period 1 movement in between.
