目的基于学员视角分析任职培训存在的问题,为相关教育管理部门提供依据。方法应用自制问卷,调查某军医大学任职教育学员对于培训各方面工作及具体问题的看法。结果 1193名被调查学员中,认为学校行政管理存在问题的有15人(7.8%),主要问题在于行政管理太严(60.0%),其次是太松(20.0%)、不够规范(13.3%)、其它(6.7%),差别有统计学意义(χ2=10.333,P=0.016);2认为校园文化氛围存在问题的有14人(7.3%),主要问题在于不适合医学专业学生(57.1%),此外还有不浓厚(35.7%)、其他(7.1%),差别无统计学意义(χ2=5.286,P=0.071);3认为教学工作、训练场地及实验室条件、伙食条件、住房条件、就医条件、图书馆及网络条件方面存在问题的分别有183、17、30、11、24、19人,分别占学员总体的94.8%、8.8%、15.5%、5.7%、12.4%、9.8%,主要问题分别为实践操作偏少,理论讲授过多(44.3%)、训练场地实验室不健全、使用率低(41.2%)、饭菜种类单一(63.3%)、宿舍内部设施差(59.1%)、就医条件不方便(87.5%)、图书馆及网络不方便(78.9%)等。结论任职培训学员对教学工作意见比较集中,最突出的问题是实践操作偏少、理论讲授过多;要有针对性的改进各项任职培训工作。
The purpose is to analyze the problems existing in the service training on the basis of the students’ perspective and provide the basis for the relevant education management department. Methods The self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the opinions of on-the-job trainees in a military medical university on various aspects of training and on specific issues. Results Among the 1193 surveyed students, 15 (7.8%) believed that there were problems in school administration. The main problems were: too strict administration (60.0%), followed by too loose (20.0%) and inadequate regulation (13.3% (Χ2 = 10.333, P = 0.016); (2) There are 14 people (7.3%) in the campus cultural atmosphere, the main problem is not suitable for medical students (57.1%), (Χ2 = 5.286, P = 0.071); 3 that the teaching work, training grounds and laboratory conditions, food conditions, housing conditions, 183, 17, 30, 11, 24 and 19, accounting for 94.8%, 8.8%, 15.5%, 5.7%, 12.4% and 9.8% of the total number of students respectively. The main problems are the following: the number of practical operation is too low, the theory is too much (44.3%), the training laboratory is not perfect, the utilization rate is low (41.2%), the type of food is single (63.3%), Inconvenient medical conditions (87.5%), inconvenient library and network (78.9%), etc. Conclusion Apprenticeship trainees have more opinions on teaching work. The most prominent problems are that the number of practical operations is too small and the theories are taught too much; we should improve the various job training targetedly.
