整机由于其外形尺寸的限制,无法使用体积较大的单级增压和两级增压系统。增压器厂家的迫切任务是制造出具有更高压比的压气机,以满足市场对高比功率柴油机的需求。 本文介绍了一种紧凑耐用的新型涡轮增压器。这种轴-径流增压器包括一级前置小型轴流压气机和一级紧随其后的传统的径流压气机。本文对其设计与构造、压比和可用流量范围的改善及试验结果进行了分析讨论,提出进一步拓宽压气机流量范围的方法。
The whole machine due to its size constraints, can not use bulky single-stage supercharging and two-stage supercharging system. The urgent task of supercharger manufacturers is to create compressors with a higher pressure ratio to meet the market demand for high specific-power diesel engines. This article describes a compact and durable new turbocharger. Such shaft-runoff turbochargers include a one-stage forward small axial-flow compressor and a first-stage conventional radial compressor. In this paper, the design and construction, pressure ratio and available flow range improvement and test results were analyzed and discussed, to further expand the flow range of the compressor method.
