对由荷泽引种至沈阳的7种牡丹分别进行了生理指标与叶茎解剖的观察,并分析测定了其抗寒性。结果表明:抗寒品种有较稳定的电导率,而且束缚水/自由水比值大。解剖分析表明:抗寒品种其栅栏细胞的长径/短径比值大,叶绿体含量多。利用电导法测定各品种之间的抗寒性与组织解剖观察结果一致。
Seven species of peony introduced from Heze to Shenyang were respectively observed for physiological indices and leaf stem anatomy, and their cold resistance was analyzed. The results showed that: the cold-resistant varieties have a more stable conductivity, and bound water / free water ratio. Anatomical analysis showed that: the cold-resistant varieties of palisade cells long diameter / short diameter ratio, chloroplast content. Using conductivity method to determine the cold resistance between the varieties consistent with the results of tissue dissection.
