目的:探究早产儿宫外生长发育迟缓(EUGR)与胰岛素敏感性的相关性。方法:选择2011年4月~2013年3月在乐清市人民医院出生的早产儿141例,根据是否为EUGR分为观察组57例(EUGR)和对照组84例(非EUGR)。记录早产儿出生时以及出生3个月后身高和体重,并测定血糖、胰岛素、血脂以及胰岛素敏感性指数等。结果:观察组身高和体重小于对照组。并且观察组空腹血糖(FPG)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)低于对照组,而空腹胰岛素(FINS)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)与甘油三脂(TG)高于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的G/I比值与ISI为1.6±0.52、(2.5±0.72)×10-2,均显著低于对照组[2.8±0.94、(3.4±0.97)×10-2],两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:早产儿在宫外生长出现发育迟缓比率较大,并与胰岛素敏感性关系密切。胰岛素敏感性越低,早产儿生长月缓慢。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between ectopic growth retardation (EUGR) and insulin sensitivity in preterm infants. Methods: 141 preterm infants born in Yueqing People’s Hospital from April 2011 to March 2013 were divided into observation group (EUGR): 57 cases (EUGR) and non-EUGR group (EUGR) according to whether they were EUGR. Conclusion: Premature children have a higher rate of growth retardation during ectopic pregnancy and are closely related to insulin sensitivity.
