开发了模拟浓缩液固化体水泥固化配方并制备了水泥固化块,按照GB14569.1—2011《低、中水平放射性废物固化体性能要求—水泥固化体》和GB/T7023—2011《放射性废物固化体长期浸出试验》的程序,对模拟浓缩液固化体试样进行了性能检测。结果表明:固化体的抗压强度、抗浸泡性和抗冻融性均符合GB14569.1—2011的要求;所开发配方的水泥固化体的性能符合放射性废物安全要求,配方可用于实际水泥固化浓缩液。
Development of the cementitious solidification formula of the solidification liquid concentrate and the preparation of the cement solidification block are carried out according to GB14569.1-2011 “Performance Requirements of Low and Medium Horizontal Radioactive Waste Solidification - Cement Solidification” and GB / T7023-2011 “Radioactive Waste Solidification Long-term leaching test ”program, the simulated concentration of solidified liquid samples for performance testing. The results show that the compressive strength, anti-soaking and anti-freeze-thaw resistance of the cured body meet the requirements of GB14569.1-2011. The performance of the developed cement cured body meets the requirements of radioactive waste safety. The formula can be used for actual cement curing and concentration liquid.
