目的建立工作场所空气中10种醇类化合物的气相色谱分析方法。方法工作场所空气中的10种醇类化合物经硅胶管吸收、0.5%乙醇-水溶液解析后,通过毛细管气相色谱进行定量分析。结果该方法各物质的线性范围为0~1 000μg/ml,相关系数均大于0.999,回收率在89.78%~104.47%之间,检出限在0.14~0.62 mg/m3之间。结论该方法具有操作简便、准确信号、灵敏度高等优点,满足工作场所中有害因素职业接触限值的要求。
Objective To establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of 10 alcohols in the air of workplace. Methods Ten alcoholic compounds in the air of the workplace were absorbed by a silica gel tube and analyzed by capillary gas chromatography after 0.5% ethanol-water solution was analyzed. Results The linear range of each method was 0-1 000 μg / ml. The correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999. The recoveries ranged from 89.78% to 104.47%. The limits of detection were between 0.14 and 0.62 mg / m3. Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple operation, accurate signal, high sensitivity and meet the occupational exposure limits of harmful factors in the workplace.
