本文用电子散斑干涉及剪切电子散斑干涉技术(ESPI/SESPI)实现了薄壁旋转壳及球形压力容器焊缝缺陷的现场实时检测,给出了实际压力容器焊缝缺陷的无损检测结果与理论分析;将ESPI系统与旋转椭球曲面反射镜检测装置结合,获得了被测容器焊缝360°全方位准确成象及ESPI全场缺陷检测;通过预制缺陷的ESPI、SESPI无损检测与理论计算,完成了孔洞型缺陷与裂纹型缺陷的变形与梯度分析.
