随着数控加工设备在机械加工领域的普及,很多高校在金工实习的教学中引入了数控技术教学。针对在应用型本科院校中开展金工实习数控实训所出现的问题以及解决办法进行探讨和研究。模拟企业环境的教学过程有助于学生对于数控技术在实际生产应用中的理解。本文通过对企业中的普通数控装夹工和数控程序员的工作区别对学生进行分层次教学,使数控实习立体化的展现在学生面前,指导老师可以根据学生的不同专业背景有意识的培养学生的工程意识。
