随着工业的快速发展,可编程控制器应运而生,其以反应快、可靠性强及操作简单等特点在工业电气自动化控制中得以应用。目前PLC有效的代替了继电器,实现了逻辑控制,而且随着其功能的不断提升,其作用也越来越显著。文中分析了PLC的原理及特点,并进一步对PLC在电气自动化控制中的应用进行了具体的阐述。
With the rapid development of industry, programmable logic controller (PLC) came into being, which is applied in industrial electrical automation control with fast response, strong reliability and simple operation. At present, PLC effectively replaces the relay and realizes logic control, and its function is more and more obvious as its function continues to improve. In this paper, the principle and characteristics of PLC are analyzed and the application of PLC in electrical automation control is further elaborated.
