以竹材酚醇液化树脂为壁材,石蜡为芯材,采用原位聚合法制备具有相变储能的微胶囊,研究芯壁比、pH值和乳化剂用量对微胶囊制备和性能的影响,利用扫描电镜、红外光谱、激光粒度仪和同步热分析仪对微胶囊的性能进行表征。结果表明:芯壁为1∶1,pH=5.5,乳化剂用量为10%时,制备的微胶囊性能较好,其相变热焓为83.49J/g,储能率为63.47%,粒径分布范围为4.4~399.4μm;微胶囊质地较硬,不团聚,具有良好的热稳定性,可以用来制备相变储能复合材料。
The effects of core-wall ratio, pH and amount of emulsifier on the preparation and properties of microcapsules were studied by using bamboo phenolic alcohol liquefaction resin as the wall material and paraffin as the core material.
