在互联网上各类视频文件数量迅速激增的今天,如何保护好在线视频的著作权,如何在视频网站健康快速发展和著作权保护间寻求平衡,已成为社会面临的重要议题。笔者通过对常见的侵权主体即视频分享网站的侵权行为和侵权责任认定的分析,寻求对侵犯网络视频著作权行为的法律规制方法和其他解决途径。
