随着微创技术的飞速发展,腔镜技术被越来越广泛地应用于临床,为了满足腔镜器械低温灭菌的要求,我院自2008-12购买了一台强生公司的STERRAD100S过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌器。过氧化氢等离子灭菌是一种新的灭菌技术,该方法具有低温、干燥、快速、无毒等优越性,近几年逐渐被许多医疗机构应用[1]。我院至此取消了戊二醛浸泡灭菌法,取得效果良好,现将质量管理体会介绍如下。
With the rapid development of minimally invasive techniques, endoscopic technology is more and more widely used in clinical, in order to meet the requirements of cryogenic sterilization of endoscopic instruments, our hospital from 2008-12 purchased a Johnson & Johnson STERRAD100S hydrogen peroxide Plasma cryogenic sterilizer. Hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization is a new sterilization technology, which has the advantages of low temperature, drying, fast, non-toxic and has been gradually applied by many medical institutions in recent years [1]. So far our hospital canceled the glutaraldehyde soaking sterilization method, achieved good results, now the quality management experience described below.
