针对复杂地质条件下水泥砂浆井下煤层瓦斯压力测试封孔存在的问题,提出了变径加压二次封孔方法,分析了封孔工艺的可靠性;根据有限元理论建立实验地点的岩巷模型,通过分析岩巷的应力分布情况,得到巷道塑性变形区处于距巷帮9.5 m的范围内的结果,为第一级钻孔变径位置找到了数据支持。现场应用结果表明,利用水泥砂浆变径加压二次封孔方法能够有效封堵围岩裂隙,为获得可靠煤层瓦斯压力数据提供支持。
Aiming at the problems in the sealing test of gas pressure in the coal seam under the complex geological conditions, the method of reducing and pressurizing the secondary sealing is proposed and the reliability of the sealing process is analyzed. The rock tunnel model of the experimental site is established based on the finite element theory By analyzing the stress distribution in the rock drift, the result shows that the plastic deformation zone in the tunnel is located within 9.5 m from the alley, and the data support for the first-stage drilling diameter reduction position is found. The field application results show that the use of the second reduction method of grouting can reduce the fractures of surrounding rock and provide support for obtaining the data of gas pressure in reliable coal seam.
