本实验选用30只4周龄Wistar大鼠,使用自制上颌功能性活动矫治器,引导大鼠下颌后退。应用力学的测试方法,定量分析实验对MM、DM、LPM生物力学特性的影响。结果显示,咀嚼肌收缩性质发生明显变化,二腹肌前腹收缩张力增加,收缩速度变慢;翼外肌收缩张力减弱,收缩速度加快。由此表明功能矫治器是通过改变肌肉的功能活动,促进颌骨的生长改建,从而达到功能性颌骨矫形目的
In this study, 30 Wistar rats, 4 weeks old, were selected and their mandibular movement was guided by self-made maxillary functional appliance. The application of mechanical testing methods, quantitative analysis of the experimental MM, DM, LPM biomechanical properties. The results showed that the contractile properties of masticatory muscles changed obviously. The anterior contractile tension of the abdominal muscles increased and the contractile speed became slower. The contractile tension of the extravertebral muscles was weakened and the contraction speed was accelerated. This shows that functional appliance is by changing the functional activities of the muscles to promote the reconstruction of the growth of the jaw, so as to achieve the purpose of functional orthognathic jaw
