教育评价是幼儿园教育工作的重要组成部分,是了解教育的适宜性和有效性、调节和改进工作、促进幼儿成长、提高教育质量的必要手段。一直以来,教师语言评价是影响幼儿认知发展及教师与幼儿互动关系的重要因素,但教师语言评价行为一直不是幼儿园教育研究中的重点。文章就此现状,重点研究当前幼儿教师语言有效性在幼儿园活动中存在的问题,通过实践调查从幼儿教师自身教学素养和教学意识方面分析其原因,提出相应对策,并提出:正确的语言评价可以让幼儿树立自信,体验成功的喜悦,享受学习的乐趣,实现个性的发展。
Evaluation of education is an important part of kindergarten education. It is the necessary means to understand the suitability and effectiveness of education, to adjust and improve work, to promote the growth of young children and to improve the quality of education. Teachers’ language evaluation has always been an important factor affecting the cognitive development of children and the interaction between teachers and children. However, the language assessment of teachers has not been the focus of kindergarten education. Based on the status quo, this paper focuses on the existing problems of kindergarten teachers ’language effectiveness in kindergarten activities. By analyzing the reasons of kindergarten teachers’ self-cultivation and teaching awareness through practical investigation, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and puts forward that correct language assessment can make Children establish self-confidence, experience the joy of success, enjoy the fun of learning, to achieve individual development.
