中南工业大学研究的离子交换法从钨酸盐溶液中分离钼的专利技术,已在郁南四圈化工厂用于从钨酸铵溶液(离子交换除磷砷硅并转型所得的钨解吸液)中除钼生产APT和从钨酸钠溶液中除钼生产高纯钨酸钠,产品已销往国外。除钼交换柱尺寸为φ700×3000毫米,装离子交换树脂650公斤。进料钨酸铵溶液含WO<sub>3</sub>160~220g/l,Mo0.14~0.65g/l(Mo/WO<sub>3</sub>比为0.063~0.3%)。每周期进钨酸铵溶液32M&
