The microscopic mechanism of adding ultrasonic strengthening technology (UGEECM) into non-conductive superhard material inflated electrochemical electro-discharge machining (GEECM) was discussed. The UGEECM ultrasonic vibration excitation system was established and the process experiment was carried out.
