“中蔬10号”高产平菇菌株的选育和栽培技术的改进于1985年被农牧渔业部授予科学进步三等奖,该菌株及栽培技术已推广到北京、天津、河北、河南、陕西、山西、山东、辽宁、黑龙江、西藏、新疆、湖北、江西、广西等十三个省、市、区,栽培面积达50余万平方米。近两年来,千余名平菇生产者来函询问该菌株的生产特性及有关情况,笔者借贵刊一角向广大生产者一并答复。
The breeding of “Zhongshu 10” high-yield Pleurotus ostreatus strain and the improvement of cultivation techniques were awarded the third prize of scientific progress by the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal and Animal Husbandry and Fishery in 1985. The strain and cultivation technique have been extended to Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Henan and Shaanxi , Shanxi, Shandong, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Tibet, Xinjiang, Hubei, Jiangxi, Guangxi and other 13 provinces, cities and districts, with an area of more than 500,000 square meters. In the past two years, more than a thousand producers of mushrooms have asked for the production characteristics of the strain and related circumstances.
