胎儿LAK／IL—2治疗长期HBV无症状携带者的临床研究

应用儿脾ＬＡＫ细胞，配合ｒＩＬ－２和ｒＩＦＮ－γ治疗８例长期ＨＢＶ无症状携带者，结果表明：有７５％（６／８）的患者ＨＢｅＡｇ转阴，其中有２５％（２／８）的患者ＨＢｅＡｇ和ＨＢｓＡｇ均转阴，治疗后ＣＤ＾＋８Ｔ细胞稍有增高，Ｔａｃ抗原比治疗前和对照组均显著增高，血ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ，ＩＬ－８和ＮＴＦ－α治疗后均显著增高。
