目的 :建立利巴韦林葡萄糖注射液中利巴韦林的快速测定方法。 方法 :用紫外分光光度法直接测定利巴韦林葡萄糖注射液中利巴韦林的含量。 结果 :在 2 0 7nm处 ,以水为溶媒 ,利巴韦林葡萄糖注射液中利巴韦林浓度在 3~ 15μg/ m l,与其相应的吸收度呈良好的线性关系 (n =5 ;r =0 .9999) ,样品平均回收率为 10 1.4%±0 .5 3%。结论 :该法简便快速、准确可靠 ,适合药房快速分析。
Objective: To establish a rapid method for the determination of ribavirin in ribavirin glucose injection. Methods: The content of ribavirin in ribavirin glucose injection was determined directly by UV spectrophotometry. Results: At 270 nm, the concentration of ribavirin in ribavirin dextrose injection was 3-15 μg / ml with water as vehicle, showing a good linear relationship with the corresponding absorbance (n = 5; r = 0 .9999), the average recovery of the sample was 10 1.4% ± 0.53%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, suitable for rapid analysis of pharmacies.
