目的探讨饮食控制对于妊娠期糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法选取2013年1月—2013年12月,该院就诊的妊娠期糖尿病患者64例,按照随机数字表法分成两组:对照组32例接受常规治疗,观察组32例在对照组的基础上接受个性化饮食控制,对比两组的血糖水平变化及妊娠结局。结果治疗后两组的空腹血糖(FPG)、三餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)及晚10点血糖水平均显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的剖宫产率为21.88%,显著低于对照组的62.50%(P<0.05);观察组的母婴并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病患者开展个性化饮食控制有利于提高血糖控制效果,减少母婴并发症,改善妊娠结局,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of diet control on gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods From January 2013 to December 2013, 64 cases of gestational diabetes in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the random number table: control group of 32 patients received routine treatment, observation group of 32 patients on the basis of the control group Accept personalized diet control, comparing the two groups of blood glucose levels and pregnancy outcomes. Results After treatment, fasting blood glucose (FPG), blood glucose (2 h PG) at 2 h after meals and blood glucose levels at 10 d later were significantly lower in the two groups, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05) The cesarean section rate was 21.88%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (62.50%, P <0.05). The incidence of maternal and infant complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Personalized dietary control of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus is beneficial to improve blood sugar control effect, reduce maternal and infant complications and improve pregnancy outcome, which is worth popularizing and applying.
