目的:探究腰椎间盘突出症术后康复手法治疗与中医护理体会.方法:将2017年1月-2018年12月的100例行手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者应用随机数字表的方式平均分为实验组与对照组

目的:探究腰椎间盘突出症术后康复手法治疗与中医护理体会.方法:将2017年1月-2018年12月的100例行手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者应用随机数字表的方式平均分为实验组与对照组,并分别采用康复手法治疗联合中医护理和甲钴胺联合腰痛宁胶囊进行治疗的效果进行分析,判别护治效果.结果:经研究,实验组护治的总有效率为98％,对照组为76％,实验组的病症复发率显著低于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05.结论:对腰椎间盘突出症术后患者采用康复手法联合中医护理方式进行干预,有利于改善患者的症状,提升治疗效果.
