借助课堂观察的结果,结合初中英语教师课堂教学行为的基本特征,分析这些行为存在的问题并提出相应的改进策略,以提高课堂效率,促进教师专业更好地发展。
Based on the results of classroom observation and the basic characteristics of junior middle school English teachers ’classroom teaching behavior, this paper analyzes the existing problems of these behaviors and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies to improve classroom efficiency and promote the development of teachers’ professional development.
