目的:探讨壮筋涂膜液对兔膝OA血清中透明质酸(HA)含量的影响。方法:40只日本大耳白兔随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、壮筋涂膜液组和赋形剂组,除正常对照组外都施行结扎右侧股静脉的方法造模,8周后复制成右膝骨关节炎模型。各组分别于造模后第2、4周各取5只兔抽取外周血,用放射免疫法测定血清中HA含量。结果:壮筋涂膜液组与模型对照组比较血清HA在2周、4周逐渐降低,4周时已接近正常对照组水平(与正常对照组比较P>0.05),模型对照组和赋形剂组血清HA在2周、4周时处于较高水平,与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清中HA含量升高是膝OA的重要病理改变之一,壮筋涂膜液可以使OA血清中HA含量降低,对延缓关节软骨退变有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Zhuangjin coating solution on serum HA in rabbit knee OA. METHODS: Forty Japanese big-eared white rabbits were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, Zhuangjin coating solution group, and vehicle group. The model of ligation of the right femoral vein was performed except for the normal control group. 8 After weeks, the osteoarthritis model of the right knee was reproduced. Each group took 5 rabbits at the 2nd and 4th week after modeling respectively to collect peripheral blood and determined the serum HA content by radioimmunoassay. RESULTS: Compared with model control group, serum HA was gradually decreased at 2 weeks and 4 weeks. At 4 weeks, serum HA was close to normal control group (P>0.05 compared with normal control group), model control group and shaping Serum HA levels in the treatment group were higher at 2 weeks and 4 weeks, and there was a significant difference compared with the normal control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The increase of HA in serum is one of the important pathological changes of knee OA. Zhuangjin coating solution can reduce the content of HA in OA serum, which is of great significance for delaying articular cartilage degeneration.
