精确测量角膜厚度和前房深度是近几年发展的一项新技术,国内尚未普遍开展这项工作.为了取得我国人角膜厚度和前房深度的正常数值,并做为眼病的诊断、治疗和预后的判断,我科1979~1980年用900型裂隙灯的附加深度测量装置,测量了66名飞行人员132只眼的角膜中央厚度和前房深度.一、仪器和方法该装置是根据W.Jaeger,Heideberg教授提出的光学切面裂象原理设计的.其中Ⅰ号装置可测至深1~2mm,用于测角膜厚度;Ⅱ号装置可测到深达6mm,主要用于测前房深度.
