在为期两年的全国小城镇户籍管理制度改革试点工作结束后,一些省、市结合本地实际,深入推进小城镇户籍管理制度改革。湖北省将小城镇户籍管理制度改革的实施范围由原来的15个试点镇扩大到200个中心镇和25个重点镇,并明确规定取消“农转非”指标控制办法,改由各地根据小城镇发展规划及综合承受能力办理。重庆市在主城区外实施小城镇户籍管理制度改革的基础上,进一步在主城区内的33个镇实施此项改
After a two-year pilot reform of the household registration management system in small towns throughout the country, some provinces and municipalities, in light of their local conditions, further promoted the reform of the household registration management system in small towns.
