简单介绍了《浙江大学学报》编辑部非完全转企改制工作,分析了非完全转企改制后浙大学报的办刊状况:编辑工作理念转变,创新意识增强;工作效率提高,集约化经营模式初现;学术经营和市场经营并驾齐驱,期刊品牌效应日渐凸显。提出在高校学报编辑部体制改革中要慎重选择将并入的新闻出版传媒企业、处理好长远效益与眼前效益的关系、建立科学的考评制度和设置改革缓冲期等几点思考,以期为高校学报编辑和期刊管理部门的体制改革工作提供一些参考。
