近年来无证个体食品商贩日趋增多,由于对其管理不善影响了市场的食品卫生质量。为了掌握这一情况,我们于1989年5～8月,对鞍山、大连、沈阳的12个农贸市场和4个街头摊点食品商贩情况进行了调查。结果食品商贩的人员、职业状况:共调查1083户食品摊点、无卫生许可证和工商许可证的有546户,占50.3%,调查食品商贩1717人,无健康证的934人,占54.4%。无证食品商贩934人中:①居住在城市627人,占67.1%;农村266人,占28.5%;外埠41人,
In recent years, there has been an increase in the number of undisciplined individual food vendors, which affects the quality of food hygiene in the market due to their mismanagement. In order to grasp this situation, we conducted an investigation into the situation of traders in 12 farmer’s markets and 4 street stalls in Anshan, Dalian and Shenyang from May to August 1989. Results Food traders, occupations: A total of 1,083 food stalls were surveyed. There were 546 households without health permits and industrial and commercial permits, accounting for 50.3% of the total.
