本文采用高温金相显微镜研究了65、65Mn、60Si2Mn及50CrVA四种弹簧钢在真空加热时奥氏体晶粒的变温和恒温长大动力学。在加热时观察了奥氏体晶粒内部形成的孪晶的种类及其特征。从室温下保留的孪晶带内部及外部的亮色及灰色条带有规律的变化,不仅直接反映了孪生切变时形成的镜面对称图象,而且,这些条带本身正是孪生切变时所引起的相差较小的倾动现象,也是一种微切变效应。根据抛光试样表面浮凸和室温组织特征,对上述几种弹簧钢在冷却转变时产生的特点进行了简要分析。
In this paper, high temperature microscopy was used to study the temperature and temperature growth kinetics of austenite grains under vacuum heating of 65, 65Mn, 60Si2Mn and 50CrVA four spring steels. During heating, the types of twins formed inside the austenite grains and their characteristics were observed. The regular change of the bright and gray bands inside and outside the twin belt retained from room temperature not only directly reflects the mirror image formed by the twin shear but also these twin belts themselves Caused by a small difference between the tilting phenomenon, but also a micro-shear effect.
