交替半身照射治疗白血病/恶性淋巴瘤5例

目的:根据交替半身照射清除体内残留肿瘤细胞的设想和动物研究基础,探讨一种不用骨髓移植而达到根治白血病和淋巴瘤的新治疗方法。方法:先用大剂量环磷酰胺预处理及动员造血干细胞,然后以700和800cGy先后照射上半身和下半身。治疗5例患者,未输血和血小板,未用造血生长因子。结果:5例患者造血在1个月内均获重建,无严重副作用,治疗后不需再化疗,随访25~56个月,除1例急淋治疗后25个月复发死亡外,余4例患者均完全缓解。结论:交替半身照射治疗设计新颖、方法简单、有一定疗效,但例数不多又缺少长期观察,其远期结果尚不明确。 OBJECTIVE: To explore a new treatment for radical leukemia and lymphoma without bone marrow transplantation, based on the assumption of alternating half-body irradiation to remove residual tumor cells in vivo and the basis of animal studies. Methods: First, high-dose cyclophosphamide pretreatment and mobilization of hematopoietic stem cells, and then 700 and 800cGy have exposure to upper and lower body. Treatment of 5 patients, no blood transfusion and platelets, no hematopoietic growth factor. Results: The hematopoiesis of 5 patients were reconstructed within one month without serious side effects. After treatment, no further chemotherapy was required. Patients were followed up for 25-56 months. Except for one case of acute lymph node recurrence and death after 25 months, 4 cases Patients were completely relieved. Conclusion: The design of alternating half-length irradiation therapy is novel, the method is simple and has a certain curative effect. However, there are few cases and long-term observations are lacking. Its long-term results are not yet clear.
