目的掌握湖南省居民主要消费的淡水鱼品种中香港海鸥菌的污染状况,为防止食源性香港海鸥菌感染的发生和流行提供科学依据。方法于2013年6月-2014年7月随机采集长沙、岳阳、怀化、郴州地区共4家水产批发市场和4家超市淡水鱼共计437份,采用改良头孢哌酮麦康凯琼脂进行培养,分离可疑菌株,经革兰染色、生化实验、荧光PCR进行确诊。结果在437份淡水鱼中共检出香港海鸥菌阳性23份,总阳性率为5.26%,其中阳性率鲤鱼的最高为17.33%,草鱼的为10.13%,鲶鱼的为3.28%,其它淡水鱼未检出,未发现有地域性差异。结论湖南省市售淡水鱼中存在香港海鸥菌污染风险,相关监管部门应加强监测和预警。
Objective To understand the pollution of seagull bacteria in freshwater fish species mainly consumed by Hunan residents and provide a scientific basis for preventing the occurrence and prevalence of foodborne Hong Kong seagull bacteria infection. Methods A total of 437 freshwater fish from 4 wholesale markets and 4 supermarkets in Changsha, Yueyang, Huaihua and Chenzhou areas were collected from June 2013 to July 2014. The modified cefoperazone-MacConkey agar was used to isolate suspicious Strains, Gram stain, biochemical experiments, fluorescence PCR diagnosis. Results A total of 23 positive samples of 437 freshwater fish were found, accounting for 5.26%. The highest positive rate was 17.33% in carp, 10.13% in grass carp and 3.28% in catfish, while the other freshwater fish were undetected Out, did not find a regional difference. Conclusion There is a risk of harboring Hong Kong seagull bacteria in freshwater fish market in Hunan Province. Relevant regulatory authorities should strengthen monitoring and early warning.
