以高粱314A和综壳苏丹草产生的重组自交系(RIL)群体18个株系为试验材料,对单株鲜重、株高、分蘖数、叶片数、叶长、叶宽、穗长、茎/叶等8个主要农艺性状采用方差分析、相关分析和因子分析等方法进行评价研究。结果显示:单株叶片数与单株鲜重、叶宽、穗长都具有极显著的正相关性,与株高、叶长呈显著正相关,而与分蘖数、穗长和叶茎比呈负相关;主成分分析将8个农艺性状综合为3个主因子,即饲用产量因子、穗长因子和绿色体产量因子。同时,在18份材料中以单株叶片数为目标筛选到gz-89和gz-194两个超亲优势重组自交系。
Eighteen lines of recombinant inbred lines (RILs) derived from sorghum 314A and sudan grass were used as experimental materials. The fresh weight, plant height, tiller number, leaf number, leaf length, leaf width, Stem / leaf and other eight major agronomic traits using variance analysis, correlation analysis and factor analysis methods for evaluation. The results showed that the number of leaves per plant had a significant positive correlation with fresh weight, leaf width and spike length of the plant, and had a significant positive correlation with plant height and leaf length, but with tiller number, spike length and ratio of leaf to stem The principal component analysis integrated the eight agronomic traits into three main factors, that is, the feed production factor, the spike length factor and the green body yield factor. At the same time, two super-dominance inbred lines, gz-89 and gz-194, were screened out in 18 materials.
