本文对18例扩张型心肌病作了彩色多普勒超声心动图检查分析,结果显示其特征性改变为:心腔显著扩大,心室收缩力普遍降低,并常并发瓣膜返流。同时,提示病程早期阶段以左室扩大为主,进入晚期则呈现双侧心腔扩大。另有少数单纯右室扩大者,属于独立的一种类型,典型代表为致心律失常源性右室发育不良。
In this paper, 18 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy were examined by color Doppler echocardiography, the results showed that the characteristic changes were: significant expansion of the heart chamber, ventricular contraction generally lower, and often complicated by valvular regurgitation. At the same time, suggesting that the early stages of disease to expand the main left ventricle, enter the late stage showed bilateral enlargement of the heart chamber. Another few simple right ventricular enlargement, is a type of independent, typical representative of arrhythmogenic origin of right ventricular dysplasia.
