目的观察蓬草除痹汤对胶原诱导型关节炎大鼠(CIA)滑膜组织病理形态学的影响。方法建立牛Ⅱ型胶原蛋白诱导大鼠类风湿性关节炎模型,随机分为蓬草除痹汤高、中、低剂量组、雷公藤组及空白组,各组连续给药6W,观察对滑膜组织病理学改变,进行评分,从滑膜细胞增生、纤维组织增生、炎性细胞浸润和巨噬细胞浸润4个方面评价大鼠关节滑膜的病理学变化。结果蓬草除痹汤中、高剂量组及雷公藤组对滑膜组织的病理学改变与模型组比较有显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论蓬草除痹汤可以降低CIA大鼠滑膜的病理学评分,抑制滑膜细胞增生、纤维组织增生、炎性细胞浸润和巨噬细胞浸润。
Objective To observe the effect of Pengcaobibi Decoction on pathomorphology of synovial tissue in collagen-induced arthritis rats (CIA). Methods To establish rat model of rheumatoid arthritis induced by type Ⅱ collagen, and randomly divided into high, medium and low dose group of Pengcaobibi decoction, tripterygium wilfordii group and blank group. The changes of histopathology were evaluated and the synovial pathological changes were evaluated from four aspects of synovial cell proliferation, fibrous tissue proliferation, inflammatory cell infiltration and macrophage infiltration. Results There were significant differences in the pathological changes of synovial tissue between Pengbi Zhibi Decoction medium, high dose group and tripterygium wilfordii group compared with model group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion Peng Pei Chu Bi Decoction can reduce the CIA rat synovial pathological score, inhibit synovial cell proliferation, fibrous tissue proliferation, inflammatory cell infiltration and macrophage infiltration.
