目前,医药卫生体制改革在人们的关注下向纵深发展,医保制度改革更是吸引了大家注视的目光。而在其中无论是改革家还是人民群众都在热切关注着这样一个改革的缩点和载体——药品,关注其研究开发的最新动态、临床应用的确切疗效以及价格。 很长时间以来,人们迷信这样一个观点,认为只要是进口药就比国产药疗效好,所以不惜千金购买使用进口药,冷落国产药。那么,目前我国国产药究竟是怎样一个情况呢?南京药科大学等科研机构根据其最新的研究成果与进口药进行了系列科学而全面的对比,通过对比,他们发现我国的一些国产药在某些方面已达到或超过了进口药,而且具备了更经济、更可靠等特点。 本刊在本期选登了三篇对国产药与进口药在药动学、生物利用度以及临床药效等方面的对比性文章,希冀对广大医疗工作者在安排临床用药等方面能起到借鉴作用。在此,也权作抛砖引玉,希望全国读者能提供类似的对比,对政府部门制定相关政策,为民族医药事业的发展作出积极的贡献。
