目的:观察不同剂量葛根芩连汤对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖血脂水平及氧化应激反应的影响,考察其干预2型糖尿病的作用及机理。方法建立高糖高脂联合链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱发的2型糖尿病大鼠模型,观察不同剂量的葛根芩连汤(5g/kg、10 g/kg、20g/kg)对该模型的空腹血糖(FBG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TCH)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL -C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL -C)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果与模型对照组比较,葛根芩连汤低、中、高剂量组 FBG 降低(P <0.01),SOD 升高(P <0.05,P <0.01);葛根芩连汤中、高剂量组 TG 降低(P <0.05,P <0.01),HDL -C 升高(P <0.05,P <0.01),MDA 降低(P <0.05,P <0.01);葛根芩连汤高剂量组 TCH 降低(P<0.05),LDL -C 降低(P <0.05,P <0.01)。结论葛根芩连汤对2型糖尿病大鼠具有降糖降脂的作用,可能是通过增强机体抗氧化能力而实现。“,”s:Objective By observing the effect of different doses of Gegenqinlian decoction in type 2 diabetic rats’ blood lipid levels and the reaction of oxidative stress,the research team investigate the mechanism of it intervene type 2 diabetes.Methods To establish the model of type 2 diabetic rats with high sugar and high fat diet combining STZ -induced, the research team observed the effect of different doses of Gegenqinlian Decoction (5 g/kg, 10 g/kg, 20 g/kg) on the model of fasting blood glucose (FBG), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TCH), low -density lipoprotein (LDL - C), high density lipoprotein (HDL - C), superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) content.Results The low, medium and high dose of Gegen Qinlian decoction group compared with model control group , FBG de-creased (P <0.01), SOD increased (P <0.05, P <0.01).The medium and high dose group compared with model control group , TG de-creased (P <0.05, P <0.01), HDL increased (P <0.05, P <0.01) and MDA decreased (P <0.05, P <0.01), high dose group compared with model control group , TCH decreased (P <0.05), LDL decreased (P <0.05,P <0.01).Conclusion Gegenqinlian decoc-tion has hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effects on type 2 diabetic rats,it may be implemented by enhance the capacity of antioxidant .
