目的探讨鼻唇沟皮瓣在口腔颌面肿瘤术后缺损修复中的应用。方法应用鼻唇沟皮瓣一期修复口腔颌面部肿瘤术后缺损21例,其中修复鼻部缺损13例,面中部皮肤组织缺损2例,口颊部缺损5例,下睑部缺损1例。结果21例皮瓣全部成活,面部供瓣区无明显继发畸形。结论鼻唇沟皮瓣血运丰富,转移灵活,对于修复口腔颌面部肿瘤术后所致的较小缺损不失为一个实用而有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the application of nasolabial fold flap in the repair of postoperative oral and maxillofacial tumors. Methods Twenty-one cases of oral and maxillofacial tumors were repaired with nasolabial flap according to the first phase, including 13 cases of nasal defect, 2 cases of facial and facial tissue defects, 5 cases of cheek and mouth defect and 1 case of lower eyelid defect . Results All the flaps survived in 21 cases, and there was no obvious secondary deformity in the face lobe area. Conclusions The nasolabial fold flap is rich in blood supply and flexible to transfer. It is a practical and effective method for repairing small defects caused by oral and maxillofacial tumors.
