最近在我国举行了美国电影周,展映的影片,引起了广大观众的兴趣。一些朋友问我:“你在美国呆过,能介绍介绍美国电影事业的一些情况吗?”我在美国学习期间,对于美国电影有所接触,现将所见所闻,信笔写来,其中也夹杂有个人的感想。一般认为,电影和电视是互相排斥的。但依我个人所见,在美国,两者还是结合得比较好的。尽管电影新片不在电视里播放,但众多的旧片却在各个电视频道里和观众见面。八十年代的获奖影片,如《金色池塘》、《克莱默夫妇》、《普通的人》等,都已在普通电视里播映过了。要付费的有线电视则以播放影片为主。旧金山地区的二频道,去年还专辟了一个“经典电影”专栏,每星期六播放一部众口皆碑的电影名作。至于新片,三大电视网和公共教育台都有类似“新片介绍”的栏目,由两名主持人生动活泼地评介下
