自1955年Owens用胸锁乳突脱肌皮瓣修复颊部全层缺损取得成功以来,采用肌皮瓣修复颊部的缺损逐渐增多。1979年Ariyan用胸大肌肌皮瓣修复颊癌术后的缺损获得成功。1980年王弘士等首次报告了在舌癌根治术中创用舌骨下肌群肌皮瓣行舌再造,1983年王弘士等在4例颊癌根治术中采用舌骨下肌群肌皮瓣进行修复获得了成功。我们采用单侧舌骨下肌群肌皮瓣在3例颊癌根治术中立即进行修复,均获得较好的效果,现介绍如下。
