目的 :阐明盐酸黄连素 (Ber)及其与环孢素 (CsA)合用对小鼠皮肤移植排斥反应的影响。方法 :BALB/C小鼠作为供皮鼠 ,灌胃给药 7d后将其皮肤移植于C5 7BL/ 6小鼠 ,受鼠给药 12d ,观察各组的皮片排异时间。结果 :与阴性对照组比较 ,2 0 0mg·kg-1Ber组、2 0mg·kg-1CsA组、2 0 0mg·kg-1Ber+2 0mg·kg-1CsA组的皮片存活时间明显延长 (P <0 .0 1) ,而且 ,与CsA组相比 ,Ber+CsA组的皮片存活时间亦明显延长 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :Ber可显著抑制小鼠皮肤移植排斥反应 ,且可增强CsA的抗排异作用。
Objective: To elucidate the effect of berberine and its combination with cyclosporine (CsA) on the skin allograft rejection in mice. Methods: BALB / C mice were used as donors. After 7 days of intragastric administration, BALB / C mice were transplanted into C5 7BL / 6 mice for 12 days. The rejection time of each group was observed. RESULTS: Compared with the negative control group, the survival time of the skin in 200 mg · kg-1 Ber group, 20 mg · kg-1 CsA group and 200 mg · kg-1 Ber + 20 mg · kg-1 CsA group was significantly longer than that in the negative control group (P < 0 .0 1). Moreover, the skin survival time of Ber + CsA group was significantly longer than that of CsA group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Ber can significantly inhibit the rejection of mouse skin grafts and enhance the anti-rejection effect of CsA.
