该文通过对10例19~26岁因头部外伤急死的新鲜尸体股骨头全层软骨进行了粘弹性性质研究,从而获得国人正常关节软骨粘弹性的相关数据、曲张及特性值.为从生物力学角度解释关节软骨的生理功能,进一步认识关节疾病的发病机理提供了理论依据。实验结果表明,关节软骨与其它组织相比据有快速的应力松弛及敏感应变率。松弛和蠕变均以最初10min内变化较大.另外,不同时伸长比(λ值)对归一化松弛函数(G(t))值影响很小,因而用准线性粘弹性模型去描述人体关节软骨的粘弹性性质高于实验测定值。
