目的了解雨花台区2015~2016年辖区娱乐场所女性性工作人员的艾滋病(AIDS)、梅毒感染状况。方法 826名雨花台区2015~2016年辖区娱乐场所女性性工作人员,均进行人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)抗体初筛检测及梅毒特异性抗体和非特异性抗体检测,并进行分析。结果 826名女性性工作人员HIV抗体初筛检测阳性人数为0。2015年梅毒检测人数为354名,阳性人数为4名,阳性率为1.1%,既往感染人数为16名,既往感染率为4.5%;2016年梅毒检测人数为472名,阳性人数为8名,阳性率1.7%,既往感染人数22名,既往感染率为4.7%。826名女性性工作人员中年龄最小25岁,最大46岁。其中25~40岁处于性活跃期612名,梅毒阳性人数为7名,阳性率为1.1%;>40岁为214名,梅毒阳性人数为5名,阳性率为2.3%。经现场工作人员的咨询调查和临床症状核实,可以确定826名女性性工作人员感染艾滋病人数为0,罹患现症梅毒12名,阳性率为1.5%,既往梅毒感染38名,既往感染率为4.6%。结论本区女性性工作人员艾滋病感染率处于下降趋势,梅毒感染率上升,必须加强宣传教育,在高危人群中倡导提高安全套的使用率。
Objective To understand the AIDS and syphilis infections among female sex workers in the entertainment venues in Yuhuatai district from 2015 to 2016. Methods A total of 826 female sex workers from entertainment districts in Yuhuatai district from 2015 to 2016 were tested for HIV antibody and nonspecific antibody for syphilis and analyzed. Results A total of 826 female sex workers were screened for positive HIV antibody screening tests in 2015. The number of syphilis detected in 2015 was 354, with a positive rate of 4%, a positive rate of 1.1%, a previous infection rate of 16 and a past infection rate of 4.5 %. In 2016, the number of syphilis detections was 472, with a positive number of 8, a positive rate of 1.7%, a previous infection rate of 22 and a past infection rate of 4.7%. Among the 826 female sex workers, they are the youngest 25 years old and the oldest 46 years old. Among them, 25 to 40 years of age were in the period of sexual activity 612, the number of positive syphilis was 7, the positive rate was 1.1%;> 240 years old was 214, the number of positive syphilis was 5, the positive rate was 2.3%. According to the investigation and clinical symptom check by on-site staff, it can be confirmed that there are 826 female sex workers infected with HIV / AIDS, 12 with syphilis, the positive rate is 1.5%, the previous syphilis infection is 38 and the past infection rate is 4.6 %. Conclusion The prevalence of HIV infection among female sex workers in this area is on the decline. Syphilis infection rate is on the rise. Publicity and education must be strengthened to promote the use of condoms in high-risk groups.
