本文采用迎头色谱技术对CoO·MoO_3/γ-Al_2O_3系催化剂的还原性能进行了研究,测定了催化剂的还原度及还原催化剂的可逆吸附氢和不可逆保留氢。结果表明,在我们所研究的催化剂的Co、Mo、Al 组成范围内,在特定的还原条件下,MoO_3与γ-Al_2O_3在焙烧过程中发生作用形成表面络合物,因而易于还原。本文还阐明了还原度、吸氢量同加氢脱硫催化反应活性之间的关系,探讨了还原进行的方式,认为低温时遵从速率限制成核作用机理,高温时遵循瞬间成核收缩球模型机理。
In this paper, the reduction performance of CoO · MoO 3 / γ-Al 2 O 3 catalyst was studied by heads-up chromatography. The reducibility of the catalyst and the reversible adsorption of hydrogen and irreversible retention of hydrogen were measured. The results show that MoO_3 and γ-Al_2O_3 react with each other in the range of Co, Mo and Al to form surface complexes during calcination under the specific reduction conditions. The relationship between reductive degree and amount of hydrogen absorption and the catalytic activity of hydrodesulfurization was also clarified. The way of reduction was discussed, and the mechanism of nucleation was observed at low temperature and the mechanism of instantaneous nucleation and shrinking sphere was observed at high temperature. .
