以‘新优5号’辣椒为试材,研究不同时期叶面喷施Ca2+对淹水胁迫下辣椒幼苗农艺性状和生理生化指标的影响,探讨缓解辣椒淹水伤害的较佳喷施时期。研究发现,外源Ca2+能改善植株农艺性状,提高抗氧化酶活性和呼吸相关酶活性,增加脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量,降低相对电导率,减少MDA和·OH积累;淹水胁迫前(1 d、2 d)施用外源Ca2+,辣椒叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、CAT、POD、SOD、GR、ADH、SDH和MDH活性最高,相对电导率、LDH活性、MDA和·OH积累量最低,农艺性状显著优于其他时期;胁迫当天施用外源Ca2+脯氨酸含量最高;胁迫后(1 d、2 d)施用外源Ca2+农艺性状、抗氧化酶系统、呼吸相关酶活性均差于其他时期。结果表明,Ca2+在一定程度上缓解了淹水胁迫造成的伤害,且以淹水胁迫前喷施外源Ca2+较佳。
Using ’Xinyou 5’ as test material, the effects of foliar application of Ca2 + on the agronomic traits and physiological and biochemical indexes of pepper seedlings under flooding stress were studied, and the best spraying period for alleviating the damage of pepper flooding was discussed. The results showed that exogenous Ca2 + could improve plant agronomic traits, increase antioxidant enzyme activity and respiratory enzyme activity, increase proline and soluble sugar content, decrease relative electrical conductivity, and reduce MDA and · OH accumulation. Before waterlogging stress (1 d, and 2 d), the activities of CAT, POD, SOD, GR, ADH, SDH and MDH were the highest, the relative conductivity, LDH activity and the accumulation of MDA and · OH were lowest, while the contents of chlorophyll, soluble sugar, The content of exogenous Ca2 + proline was the highest on the day of stress, and the exogenous Ca2 + application of agronomic traits, antioxidant enzyme system and respiration-related enzyme activities were all worse than those at other times after 1 d and 2 d stress. The results showed that Ca2 + alleviated the damage caused by waterlogging stress to a certain extent, and it was better to spray exogenous Ca2 + before waterlogging stress.
