公交服务效果和水平是影响公交吸引力的重要因素。服务水平评价指标包括行车责任事故间隔里程、行车正点率、乘客平均换乘系数或换乘率、乘客平均候车时间、高峰满载率等。正点率又称准点率,指运营车辆在运营线路上按规定时间正点运行的程度。文章对公交企业的正点率现状和提高正点率的措施做了论述。
The effectiveness and level of public transportation services are important factors affecting the attractiveness of public transport. Service level evaluation indicators include driving accident mileage mileage, driving punctuality, average passenger transfer coefficient or transfer rate, average passenger waiting time, peak load factor. Punctuality rate, also known as punctuality rate, refers to the operation of vehicles on the operating line in accordance with the provisions of the time point of operation. The paper discusses the punctuality rate of public transport enterprises and measures to improve the punctuality rate.
