目的:建立一种客观的、全面反映疾病情况、切合于实际的肠易激综合征动物模型。方法:选用白毛黑眼兔,随机分为正常组、模型组、用药组。除正常组外各组均予以湿热环境应激及番泻叶灌胃加饥饱失常复合法造模,用药组于造模中期预防性给香砂六君丸治疗。通过各组动物一般情况、粪便含水率、肠道敏感性、肠道转运功能以及组织病理学综合评价模型。结果:模型组动物较正常组一般情况明显较差;粪便含水率明显增高(P<0.01);模型组各压力值下AWR评分均明显增高(P<0.01);碳末推进率明显增高(P<0.01)。用药组较模型组在上述方面均明显改善(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:通过本实验方法建立的白毛黑眼兔脾虚型肠易激综合征动物模型可较好模拟肠易激综合征的发病情况,其评价指标客观,操作简单易行,对动物伤害小。
Objective: To establish an objective and comprehensive reflection of disease conditions, in line with the actual animal model of irritable bowel syndrome. Methods: White-haired black-eyes rabbits were randomly divided into normal group, model group and medication group. Except for the normal group, each group was given hot and humid environment stress and senna gavage plus starvation and faire combination method. The medication group was prophylactically treated with Xiangsha Liujun pill in the middle of modeling. Through the general situation of each group of animals, stool water content, intestinal sensitivity, intestinal transit function and histopathological comprehensive evaluation model. Results: Compared with the normal group, the animal model group was significantly worse than the normal group; the stool water content was significantly increased (P <0.01); the AWR score of model group was significantly higher (P <0.01); P <0.01). Compared with the model group, the medication group significantly improved in the above aspects (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion: The animal model of irritable bowel syndrome with spleen-deficiency syndrome established by this experimental method can better simulate the incidence of irritable bowel syndrome. The evaluation index is objective, easy to operate and less harmful to animals.
