本文研究了时效时间对Fe 1 4Mn 5Si 8Cr 4Ni 0 2C记忆合金回复应力的影响。实验结果表明 ,在 1 1 2 3K时效时 ,合金加热时产生的最大回复应力σh 随时效时间的增加而升高 ,在 30 0min时达到最大值 ,比固溶态提高了 1 0 2 % ;当时效时间大于30 0min后 ,时效时间的进一步增加对σh 没有影响。时效时间对合金加热后冷却到室温时回复应力σc 的影响规律与其对σh 的影响规律不同。σc 随时效时间的增加而增加 ,在 1 2 0min时达到最大值 ,比固溶态增加了 8MPa。当时效时间大于 1 80min后 ,σc将随时间的进一步增加而快速下降。
In this paper, the effect of aging time on the recovery stress of Fe 1 4Mn 5Si 8Cr 4Ni 0 2C memory alloy was studied. The experimental results show that the maximum stress σh produced by the alloy heating increases with the aging time at 1 1 2 3K, reaching the maximum value at 30 0min, which is 102% higher than the solid solution state. At that time, Effective time is greater than 30 0min, the further increase in the aging time has no effect on σh. The effect of aging time on the stress σc and its influence on σh when the alloy is cooled to room temperature after heating is different. σc increased with the increase of aging time, reaching the maximum value at 120 min, which was 8 MPa higher than the solid solution state. When the aging time is greater than 180min, σc will decrease rapidly with the further increase of time.
